If you’ve provided Uber with contact information for your voucher recipients, you can send individual or bulk reminders to users about any unused vouchers.
To send a reminder:
- Sign in to vouchers.uber.com.
- Go to “All campaigns” and enter the campaign name in the search bar.
- To resend an individual invite click the arrow next to each recipient’s name you want to send a reminder to.
- To resend an individual invite, search the recipient name and click the arrow next to each recipient’s name you want to send a reminder to.
- Uber will send an email or SMS reminder on your behalf to voucher recipients.
You may only send users one individual reminder and one bulk reminder per campaign.
